Terms and Conditions of Use of the Club Winner Loyalty Program

What is Club Winner?

Club Winner is the loyalty program of CIRSA Casinos, allowing members to accumulate points by playing in our establishments using a duly accredited loyalty card. These points can be redeemed for benefits established in each establishment.

Companies Responsible for the Loyalty Program

CIRSA Casinos inform members that the responsibility for the loyalty program lies solely with the CIRSA Casinos in the country where the member has registered. 

  • If you have registered in a CIRSA Casino, only the casinos in that country will manage your membership in the loyalty club.

  • Your personal data will not be shared with CIRSA Casinos in other countries, nor will there be international transfers of your personal data.

Each CIRSA Casino in the country of registration to Club Winner is solely responsible for the loyalty program and for complying with the applicable regulations in that territory.

Requirements to Become a Member

Individuals of legal age, regardless of nationality or place of residence, can join the loyalty program. To do so, they must complete (according to the applicable regulations in each country) a registration form with truthful information and accept these terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject a membership application.

Final acceptance into the program will not occur until the card is obtained and the member is properly identified through an official and valid identity document with a photograph and date of birth.

Account and Card Ownership and Responsibility

The member who holds the loyalty account and card will be the sole beneficiary of the points and advantages offered by the program and the card. Accumulating points on another member’s card is not permitted, nor can the card be used for the purchase or consumption of another customer or member.

The loyalty program is personal and non-transferable; its transfer, loan, or sale is not allowed. Its use for purposes other than those defined by the company in these Terms and Conditions is also not permitted.

Accumulation of Points

Club Winner members will accumulate points based on the total amount of money played on our products, whether in cash, through a physical/virtual card system, or via an application enabled for this purpose.

To accumulate points, it is essential that the member inserts or identifies themselves with their physical/virtual card during the games or is duly accredited.

The points accumulated on a member’s loyalty program card are personal and non-transferable.

The company may change the rules for accumulating points at any time.

Expiration of Points

Accumulated and unused points will expire when a card remains inactive for 90 days, even if the customer has visited the casino during that interval.

The company will, as far as possible, notify the member of the upcoming expiration of points in their account, without this implying an obligation for the company.loyoly.io

Program Benefits

Joining the loyalty program allows members to benefit from a series of advantages associated with the status of a member, for as long as it lasts.

These advantages may include:

  • The acquisition and accumulation of points to be later redeemed according to the program’s conditions.

  • Benefits in the form of discounts and/or promotions on services and products offered by the company.

  • Participation in exclusive promotions and raffles.

  • Personalized services and experiences.

Redemption of Points

Points accumulated in the loyalty program can be redeemed for items indicated in the redemption table of each establishment, which will be managed by Club Winner.

Members can consult the catalog of items to be redeemed at any time through the various channels offered by the company.

To redeem points, loyalty program members must:

  • Have their Club loyalty card active.

  • Present the loyalty card.

  • Identify themselves with an official identity document with a photograph and date of birth.

  • Verify their identity using the PIN associated with the loyalty program account.

  • Have the necessary number of points available to make the redemption.

Account Cancellation

Members may, at any time, unsubscribe from the loyalty program, thereby losing their status as a member and, consequently, all advantages and benefits associated with that status.

The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in Club Winner or to deny the use of accumulated points in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions, in cases of abusive and/or fraudulent use of the loyalty program.

Account Deletion

Members may only have one active account at any time; the company reserves the right to delete any duplicate account it becomes aware of.

Loss or Theft of Card

The company is not responsible for damages or losses suffered by the cardholder in case of loss or theft of the card, nor for any unauthorized use of it.

In any of these cases, the member must immediately notify the casino staff where they are registered or send an email to info@clubwinner.com detailing what happened.

Duration and Modification of the Loyalty Program

The company reserves the right to modify or suspend the loyalty program at any time.

The Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program may be modified at any time and without prior notice by the company, with the latest updated version available at https://clubwinner.com/terminos-y-condiciones-club-winner.

Company Responsibility

The member is solely responsible for the use of the benefits associated with Club Winner, and the company is therefore exempt from any responsibility in this regard.

Personal Data Protection

The company guarantees compliance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data.

By completing the program registration form, members must provide certain personal data necessary for proper registration, as well as for participation in existing promotions at any given time.

Registration in the program requires acceptance of the Club Winner privacy policy, which can be consulted here.

Integrity

If one or more provisions of the conditions are declared null or unenforceable by current regulations or by a final judicial decision, the remaining provisions will retain their validity and effectiveness.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the applicable territory. Any discrepancy between the member and the company regarding the validity and effectiveness of any provision contained herein will be resolved judicially before the courts of the company’s registered office.
