Terms and Conditions of Use of the Club Winner Loyalty Program
- What is Club Winner?
Club Winner is the loyalty program of CIRSA Casinos, allowing members to accumulate points by playing in our establishments using a duly accredited loyalty card. These points can be redeemed for benefits established in each establishment.
2. Companies Responsible for the Loyalty Program
Each of the companies listed below is responsible for the CLUB WINNER programme (hereinafter referred to as the Company) in the country in which the person registers (hereinafter referred to as the Member):

3. Requirements to Become a Member
Individuals of legal age may join the loyalty programme, regardless of their nationality or place of residence. To do so, they must complete a registration form with accurate information (in accordance with the regulations applicable in each country) and accept these conditions (Terms and Conditions of Use).
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application to join the programme.
Final acceptance into the programme will not be granted until the card has been obtained and the Member has been correctly identified by means of a valid official identity document with a photograph and date of birth.
By completing the registration form, the Member agrees to receive information about the CLUB WINNER programme (promotions, communications relating to the programme or relevant information about our venues, etc.) by post, email, telephone calls, SMS, face-to-face contact or other means. The Member may choose the means by which they wish to receive communications.
Members shall keep their personal account information up to date and shall immediately inform the Company of any changes to their contact information, such as name, address, telephone number and/or email address. Members shall be solely responsible for any incorrect, incomplete or obsolete information.
Formal enrolment in the loyalty programme will only be possible in person at the establishments, although pre-registration can be done in advance and via digital media.
Those who are on the self-exclusion or exclusion lists, as well as those who, for any reason, have limited access to the establishments, will not be eligible to join the programme. For this purpose, the Company may at any time request the information or documentation it deems necessary to carry out the checks it considers appropriate.
Employees or direct or indirect collaborators involved in the design, operation or promotion of the programme may not participate in the programme either.
4. Ownership and responsibility for the account and card
The Member who is the holder of the loyalty account and card shall be the sole beneficiary of the points and benefits offered by the programme and the card. It is not permitted to accumulate points on another Member’s card, nor may the card be used for purchases or consumption by another customer or Member.
Furthermore, only the Member who is the holder of the loyalty programme card shall be responsible for its correct use.
The loyalty programme is personal and non-transferable, and may not be transferred, loaned or sold. Nor may it be used for purposes other than those defined by the Company in these Terms and Conditions. Thus, the use of the physical or virtual CLUB WINNER card is the sole responsibility of the person registered as a Member.
5. Accumulation of points:
CLUB WINNER Members will accumulate points according to the total amount of money played on our product offering, whether in cash, through a physical/virtual card system, or through an application enabled for this purpose.
CLUB WINNER has different membership levels, which can be achieved by accumulating a specific number of points, as established by the Company. These levels, as well as the points required to achieve them, may be modified at the Company’s discretion. Membership at each level will be subject to the points accumulated during a specific period of time, which will be calculated and defined every six months by the Company. The dates set for the review and possible adjustment of levels will be 1 July and 1 January of each year. In order to accumulate points, it is essential that Members enter or identify themselves with their physical/virtual card during games or provide proper proof of identity.
Points accumulated on a Member’s loyalty programme card are personal and non-transferable.
The Company may change the rules for accumulating points at any time.
The Company may adjust Members’ points account status at any time, with prior notice, in the event of system errors, or when it detects fraud or erroneous and improper use of the physical/virtual card.
The accumulation of promotional points will not be valid for upgrades or for redeeming tickets to participate in prize draws.
6. Expiration of points
Accumulated and unused points will expire when a card remains inactive for 90 days, even if the customer has visited the casino during that period.
Likewise, as far as possible, the Company will notify the Member of the upcoming expiration of points in their account, without this implying any obligation on the part of the Company.
Members may check their current points balance through the various channels provided by the Company.
7. Programme benefits
Joining the loyalty programme allows Members to benefit from a series of advantages associated with Membership, for as long as it lasts.
These advantages may consist of:
• Earning and accumulating points to be redeemed later according to the programme’s conditions.
• Benefits in the form of discounts and/or promotions on services and products offered by the Company
• Participation in exclusive promotions and prize draws
• Personalised services and experiences
Notwithstanding the foregoing, participation in competitions, prize draws or other services may be governed by specific terms and conditions that extend or replace these Conditions in relation to said competition, prize draw or service.
8. Redeeming points
Points accumulated in the loyalty programme may be redeemed for the items listed in the redemption table for each establishment, which will in turn be managed by CLUB WINNER.
Members may consult the catalogue of items available for redemption at any time through the various channels offered by the Company.
The Company may modify the redemption table for each establishment at any time and without prior notice.
In order to redeem points, members of the loyalty programme must:
• Have an active club loyalty card
• Present their loyalty card
• Identify themselves with an official identity document with a photograph and date of birth
• Verify their identity using the PIN associated with their loyalty programme account
• Have the number of points required to make the redemption available
In the event of an incident involving the exchange of points, the Member must notify the staff at the venue, providing their personal details and the incident that occurred, and giving a detailed account of what happened. If the issue is not resolved, the customer can send an email to info@clubwinner.com to resolve it.
9. Account cancellation
Members may, at any time, unsubscribe from the loyalty programme, thereby losing their membership status and, consequently, all the advantages and benefits associated with that status. Likewise, they will also lose the right to claim any points accumulated previously and any advantages that may have been obtained.
To cancel, you must notify the Company through the channels provided for this purpose, indicating that you wish to withdraw from the programme (or go in person to any of the establishments to request withdrawal from the programme from one of our employees).
Voluntary cancellation of the account does not prevent the subsequent opening of a new account, always in accordance with the conditions applicable to the programme at any given time.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership of CLUB WINNER or to refuse the use of accumulated points in cases of breach of these Terms and Conditions in cases of abusive and/or fraudulent use of the loyalty programme. For example, in the following cases (without limitation):
• Use of one’s own loyalty card in another customer’s machine
• Transfer, for any reason, of one’s Member account to the programme
• Failure to comply with the rules of the establishments
• Illegal or fraudulent accumulation of points:
o Committing fraud on the machines
o Using another Member’s card or account without being the holder
When an account is cancelled due to illegal activity, all registration systems and the total accumulated points will be cancelled and cannot be refunded at any time. Likewise, the Member will be prohibited from rejoining the club.
10. Account deletion
Members may only have one active account at any given time, and the Company reserves the right to delete any duplicate accounts of which it becomes aware. As a general rule, any inactive account will be deleted, or failing that, the oldest account will be deleted and the points will be transferred from the deleted account to the active account. In any case, if the Company detects fraud through the creation of multiple accounts, it reserves the right to delete the account(s) along with all accumulated points.
11. Loss or theft of card:
The Company is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by the cardholder in the event of loss or theft of the card or the associated PIN, or for any unauthorised use of either the card itself or the PIN associated with the loyalty account.
In any of these cases, the Member must immediately notify the staff at the casino where they are registered and send an email to info@clubwinner.com detailing what has happened. If the Member does not report the incident following this process, the Company will not be responsible for any points accumulated on a lost or damaged card.
The reprinting of each card will be subject to conditions and costs to be determined by the Company.
12. Duration and modification of the loyalty programme
The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the loyalty programme at any time.
The Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Programme may be modified at any time and without prior notice by the Company, with the latest updated version available at https://www.clubwinner.com.
In the event of suspension, the Company undertakes to inform Members through the channels provided by the Member, without having to justify its decision and without any compensation in favour of the Member.
13. Liability for the Company
The Member is solely responsible for the use of the benefits associated with CLUB WINNER, and the Company is therefore exempt from any liability in this regard. In the event of discrepancies regarding the accumulated balance, the information contained in the Company’s database shall prevail.
14. Protection of personal data
The Company guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Through the programme registration form, Members must provide certain personal data necessary for their correct registration, as well as for participation in the promotions available at any given time.

15. Contact
For any queries regarding this loyalty programme, customers and Members may contact the customer service department of each of the venues.
16. Integrity
If one or more provisions of the terms and conditions are declared null and void or inapplicable by current legislation or by a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in force.
17. Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the applicable territory. Any dispute between the Member and the Company regarding the validity and enforceability of any provision contained herein shall be resolved in court before the Courts and Tribunals of the Company’s registered office.
